Overview

Storvexa's Customer Management module is the central hub for every customer relationship in your business. Store complete customer profiles, manage multiple contacts and addresses, track document history, and keep a full activity log — all linked and accessible from one place.

Every customer you add becomes a connected node across the platform. When you create an invoice, the customer's billing address, currency, and payment terms auto-fill. When you send an email, the customer's primary contact receives it. When you create a task, it can be linked directly to the customer.

Customer data is isolated per business account — your customers are never visible to other Storvexa users.

Customers can have multiple contacts (billing, logistics, management) and multiple addresses (billing, shipping). Each can be selected independently when creating a document.

How It Works

Setting up a customer in Storvexa is a quick process that unlocks automatic data-fill across every document you create.

  1. Create a customer profile

    Add company name, email, phone, tax number, and customer reference. The profile becomes the foundation for all interactions.

  2. Add contacts

    Add individual contacts within the customer company — billing contact, logistics contact, account manager. Each has their own name, email, and phone.

  3. Add addresses

    Set billing and shipping addresses. When creating documents, select the appropriate address — auto-filled from the customer profile.

  4. Configure customer settings

    Set the customer's preferred currency, date format, payment terms, and tax number. These defaults apply automatically on every document.

  5. Create documents from the customer profile

    From the customer profile, create a new invoice, quotation, or any other document with one click — the customer is pre-selected and all details auto-fill.

  6. Review customer history

    The customer dashboard shows all documents, activities, and tasks linked to this customer — a complete 360° view of the relationship.
